70% of Israelis own an apartment, but only one percent manage to reach several properties. I used to think it was about people with a better starting point or “connections”.
Today I know:
A good starting point isn’t given – it’s created.
You won’t hear big promises from me about getting rich quick. Instead, I’ll show you precisely the fine print that most Israelis miss, and the way to create a life-changing starting point for yourself and your children, with capital of 400K, without taking a mortgage and without paying brokerage fees.
A full 60 minutes together with me
and a small group of hungry Israelis
who want to change their own future:
An objective review of all investment methods (first-hand, second-hand, developer and group purchase)
so you'll know what's truly right for you.
How to identify the hidden parameters that turn a "reasonable" investment into a life-changing one - and the value hidden in the small details that most investors simply tend to miss.
A deal considered a dream for one person may be a strategic mistake for another. We'll get to know the leverage and taxation conditions unique to you, which dramatically change a deal's worthiness, and allow you to build a strategy tailored precisely to your resources and goals.

Why most Israelis buy an apartment just to "check a box" and miss their financial goal. We'll reveal the 'retirement formula' and the doubling mechanism that will let you stop viewing deals in a tactical, one-off way, and build a long-term profitability plan that maximizes your capital and creates real financial independence over the years.

A cold analysis of the places where most Israelis burn their capital. We'll talk about poor tax planning that locks up assets, the danger of over-diversifying funds instead of focusing on a specific market, and how to spot "advisors without a track record" and interested parties who take a cut along the way - so you can make decisions based on data alone.
Owner of the Ahuza Group
When I tried to break into the real estate world after the army, I got the most classic Israeli advice:
“Work hard, save for a down payment, take a mortgage and buy a roof over your head”.
A quick calculation made me realize this advice is the surest way to stay out of the game.
I realized my parents weren’t wrong, they simply played on a different field. Today, when Israel 2026 is more expensive than ever, investing in real estate is no longer a privilege – it’s a necessity. While those already in only grow stronger, most of the public keeps drifting away from the dream.
For this professional workshop I’ve gathered
the most important insights I’ve learned over the years, after investing in every possible type of deal. Investments that ended in losses, and others that helped me and the investors I guided reach financial independence from real estate capital. I’m going to present everything as openly as possible, to help you reach that exact same starting point too.
My goal in this workshop is simple: to give you the knowledge that lets you take control of your financial future, instead of continuing to wait for something to change.
From my parents’ apartment in Karmiel
