Creating a new reality in the heart of the city

Israel is changing, and its old neighborhoods are evolving with it. Aging, crowded buildings are being replaced with modern, safe, and light-filled homes – thoughtfully planned, offering a higher quality of life, and delivering meaningful value appreciation.

This is precisely why MDP was founded as the urban renewal division of Ahuza. We believe that urban renewal is far more than a construction project. It is a community, social, and economic endeavor that demands broad vision, meticulous management, and a true partnership with residents.

Our vision

At MDP, we view every old building as a new opportunity.

Our mission is to breathe new life into Israel’s aging neighborhoods and transform them into vibrant, modern urban centers. We strive to create cities with thriving hearts – places where long-time residents enjoy an elevated quality of life and where the next generation can truly build a home in the city.

We believe that urban renewal is far more than a real estate venture. It is a powerful engine for social and economic growth, one that strengthens communities and shapes the future of Israel’s cities.
