He recounted that when he bought his first apartment he was in a financially difficult period, he struggled and saved, and in the end he closed the deal. &#8220;That is what taught me to move forward,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-\u05e2\u05db\u05e9\u05d9\u05d5-\u05d6\u05d4-\u05e9\u05d5\u05e7-\u05e9\u05dc-\u05e7\u05d5\u05e0\u05d9\u05dd\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Right now it&#8217;s a buyers&#8217; market<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Neuman addressed the current situation in the market. &#8220;It&#8217;s true that prices are falling right now,&#8221; he said, &#8220;but that is exactly a buyers&#8217; market.&#8221; According to him, there are contractors today offering attractive incentives, and the combination of more moderate prices and convenient terms creates a window of opportunity. He warned against waiting too long, &#8220;because in the end this market is going to expand again.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-\u05dc\u05de\u05d4-\u05db\u05d3\u05d0\u05d9-\u05dc\u05e9\u05e7\u05d5\u05dc-\u05d0\u05ea-\u05d4\u05e4\u05e8\u05d9\u05e4\u05e8\u05d9\u05d4\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why it&#8217;s worth considering the periphery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When the host asked why someone who lives in the center, for example in Ramat Gan, would even consider buying in Nahariya or Kiryat Gat, Neuman explained the logic. A housing deal, he said, is not only a housing solution but a way to get a foot in the door of a rising market. &#8220;Buy an apartment, and then move forward,&#8221; he said.
